Canoe Trip
This weekend, we decided to take another canoe trip. Last time, I didn't get any pictures, so I made sure I brought my camera this time. We even had our friends Dan and Jen join us with their dog, Scout. It was a lot of fun, and I even got a little color on my skin!
Scout tried to pull Jen in the water playing tug-of-war
Dan had fun on the rope swing
Cooper jumped in the water, but Gizmo was mad because we threw him in too. Ha-ha.

Blame it on the pregnancy
Sooooo...I'm a motard. Robie and I were in the car, and I kept talking about how Eclipse comes out this weekend and blah blah blah... He gave me this weird look, and informed me that it comes out NEXT week. Is it sad that my husband knows this and I don't? Yes, yes it is sad. I'm just going to blame it on pregnancy brain, or a lack of sleep since I have to get up and pee every 30 minutes at night. Thank goodness it's the weekend!
Eclipse comes out today

CHaT STeW...Soooo Meaty
Do you watch The Soup on E!? Well if you don't, you should. It's pretty hilarious, and the host, Joel McHale is super cute- in a quirky, skinny tie wearing kind of way. Robie and I went to Color Me Mine a while back and made this awesome soup bowl together.
I wish I could say it was my idea, but surprisingly it was all Robie. I just did the manual labor of painting. He may not be creative, but at times he can pull a few things out of his creativity hat. Needless to say, this is now my favorite bowl, and I have been eating a lot of soup.

The Utah Jazz have a NEW mascot!
We got this suit from http://www.rootsuit.com/ so Robie can wear it to the Utah Jazz games next year. Unfortunately, the stupid Jazz changed their colors yesterday- GRRRRRR!!!! (I'm a little bitter.) We also got an all black one for Halloween, so he can be a ninja or a shadow (we have not decided which one). I can't help but bust into laughing out loud when I see these pics. Bwhahaha! Gotta love a man in spandex.

How To:
Step 1: Find a piece of paper, and wad it up.
Step 2: Shove the wadded up piece of paper in your mouth.
Step 3: Sing a cheesy song you randomly made up, and make sure to include the line: "My heart... jump in, stay a while."
Step 4: Get a tattoo on your wrist with a heart, shield, and rose. Make sure it has 11 stones. Or, you can simplify this step by getting a tattoo that simply says "I'm a Creeper".
Step 5: Recap. Creepy voice, check. Creepy singing, check. Creepy one-liners, check. Creepy tattoo, check.
Step 6: Congratulations! You have successfully imitated Casey on the Bachelorette!

3 years and counting
Wednesday, we celebrated our 3 Year Wedding Anniversary! Crazy! I can't believe how fast time has gone. Robie picked me up early from an exhausting day at work, and surprised me with roses and a Coca-Cola slurpee.
We drove to La Caille, a super nice French restaurant in Salt Lake City. Even though the food was a little over priced, the beautiful scenery made up for it. There was nature and wildlife everywhere. It was such a cool place. We chose to sit outside, and the second we started eating we had peacocks and a chicken swarming us for food.
After dinner, Robie took me to my favorite place- The Anniversary Inn! We stayed in the Jungle Safari room.
Even though I had to go to work the next morning, it was a really nice relaxing break in the middle of the week to spend our anniversary together in Salt Lake City. I love you Robie, and I am so happy we have had such a wonderful 3 years of marriage, and I look forward to expanding our family in the years to come!
Book Signing with David Archuleta
On Tuesday, David Archuleta was at Deseret Book in Orem for a book signing. I was at work, but since Robie is laid off, I pleaded with him to go early and wait in line so I could go during lunch and get a book signed. Although he was slightly annoyed at my minor obsession, he agreed and went early to wait in line. Once he got there, he realized there was NO way I would make it through the 3 hour wait during my short lunch break, so he got on his phone to send me a text. That's when David, being escorted by body guards, bumped shoulders with Robie as he was trying to get into Deseret Book. Robie snapped a quick shot on his cell phone for me.
Even though I knew I was not going to get through the book signing line, I was already driving to meet Robie for lunch, so I thought I would stop by just to sneak a peak and maybe buy a book. Since everyone and their dog was waiting in a line that wrapped completely around the building, no one was inside of the store. I just walked right in front of him and snapped a few pics just before my camera battery died. It was great!
Just as I was about to leave, guess who I saw?! That's right....the creepy cougar from the meet and greet I went to! (Robie does not like me calling her a cougar, because I guess that implies a hot older lady. So, from now on, she will be known as the Creeper.) The Creeper was one of the first ones in the book signing line, meaning she probably spent the night in a tent to get that position. She had the same intense crazy eyed stalker stare she did before, and again I felt really bad for David that he had to endure this lady twice his age that obviously is in love with him. Poor guy. So, I didn't get a book signed, but that's okay with me. I don't think I could ever wait in line that long. Plus, a picture is way better anyway.

Salt Lake Bees Game
Last weekend, we enjoyed going to the Salt Lake Bees game with our good friends Dan and Jen. Even though they lost, it was fun hanging out in the sun, and after the game there was an awesome fireworks show!

10w 4d
Today marks 10 weeks and 4 days, which is also the day we learned of our miscarriage last time. On that day, I took this post off my blog. I promised myself that on the 10w 4d mark next time, I would put it up again. So, with great delight, here it is!
Dear Baby,
Thanks for finally coming down to be in our family. This week you are 10 weeks old, and your Dad and I love you SO MUCH! We are so proud of you for growing fingers and toes, and we are happy to see that tail you had has almost gone away. You are growing over 25,000 neurons a minute...you are so smart! I remember the moment I found out you were in my tummy. It was such a happy day. You were so tiny then at the size of a single sesame seed...
...then you grew and grew until you were the size of a bean. I loved calling you "My Little Bean". Even though you made me feel sick and nauseous, I knew I had to eat some food so you could grow...
...and grow you did, into the size of Eva Longoria's wedding ring! (I know you don't know who that is, but I assure you her ring is REALLY big!) However, as much as you loved being this big, you had to grow bigger and bigger...
...until you grew to where you are now- the size of a small plum! Congratulations little baby, we are so proud of you! It is still hard for me to understand how even at this size you are causing my jeans to not fit anymore, but it's okay because I love you SO much that I am willing to sacrifice anything and everything for you.
I can't wait until you grow big enough to know if you are a boy or girl, but until then I will have to be patient and enjoy you while you are so small. Thanks for choosing us as your family. We love you so much!
Love,
Your Mom
