Ball Games

A few weeks ago we took Jax to his first football game. It was a BYU game and we had the best seats ever (thanks to Robie's dad who couldn't use his tickets)! Front row, dead center right behind the field goal post. The best part was that every time BYU made a field goal, my family in Texas could see us on TV! It was pretty awesome. The worst part was every time people cheered, it scared Jax to death and he sca-reeeemed! After about 15 minutes he kind of got used to it, but it still startled him. It was soooo burrr, so Robie decided hot chocolate was in order. *I know...he's a keeper.

On Saturday, we went to the BYU basketball game in Salt Lake at the E Center (where the Jazz play). Again, it took about 15 minutes for Jax to stop screaming and learn the cheering fans was a normal and acceptable thing. After he calmed down, it turned out to be really fun. Jax even made an appearance on the Jumbo Tron with Robie on the Disco Cam! I was so proud. I love my boys.
